Chad is a graduate of Georgetown College and has a Masters degree from Southern Seminary. After completing his masters, Chad went to work as a youth minister for several years. In addition, he did benefit planning for the state of TN. In 2008, Chad and his family moved back from TN to join his dad and siblings in the agency. His ministry background makes Chad a perfect fit for managing our Church program and providing a high level of expertise to ministerial staff. Chad enjoys meeting with church personnel all over KY and TN helping them construct an insurance program that fits their needs. Chad also serves as the benefits coordinator for the agency, working with employers to offer benefit packages to their employees. Outside of the office, Chad coaches track and volunteers at Berea Baptist Church as a Sunday School Teacher and Men's ministry leader. As the father of four, Chad stays very busy with his children and their activities. He is very active and loves golf, football, and playing basketball/baseball with his children. Chad and his wife Kelly live in Berea with their three youngest children, Desirae, Derrick and Delanie.
